Salu’Terre
Salu’Terre is an organisation committed to accelerating the food transition in Luxembourg by addressing environmental, social and health issues.
Its work focuses primarily on raising awareness through documentary film screenings as part of the AlimenTerre Festival, an international festival dedicated to issues surrounding agriculture and sustainable food. The festival is coordinated in Luxembourg by SOS Faim. https://festivalalimenterre.lu/
In Luxembourg, the AlimenTerre Festival stands out thanks to a specific format developed with Salu’Terre: it takes place directly within companies, which become venues for screenings and discussion. This approach enables the organisation to reach a non-expert audience in a familiar setting and to encourage a practical understanding of the issues at stake.
Salu’Terre primarily targets the business sector, whilst also developing initiatives within the education sector and local authorities.
Partnerships with businesses are at the heart of its development model. They enable the organisation to raise awareness amongst a large workforce and help drive practices towards more sustainable food systems.
