Where does your organisation stand in terms of disability inclusion practices? Between legal obligations, good intentions, and concrete actions, it’s not always easy to assess your current status or know where to start.
IMS Luxembourg invites you to discover Handi-Diag, an online tool designed to help employers evaluate their practices and identify areas for improvement tailored to their level of maturity.
Through a structured analysis of your internal processes, Handi-Diag helps you better understand your challenges and implement concrete steps to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities.
This webinar will provide an opportunity to:
- Learn how the Handi-Diag tool works
- Understand the different areas assessed
- Identify the concrete benefits for your organisation
- Discover the resources and action steps proposed following the assessment
- Ask questions and discuss the topic
You will also have the opportunity to explore the Handi Perception module, which allows you to gather employees’ perspectives on your organization’s disability inclusion practices.
