Business & Human Rights #3 – Human Rights Risk Mapping

DESCRIPTION :

Companies have a responsibility to respect human rights, including throughout their value chain. Against a backdrop of evolving regulations, these issues are becoming central to organisations, going beyond mere compliance.

As part of a four-session series dedicated to human rights, IMS Luxembourg offers a structured program to help organizations move from understanding these issues to their practical implementation: identifying risks, structuring their approach, and implementing appropriate actions.

The purpose of this session is to clarify the process of human rights risk mapping, which companies often identify as a stumbling block.

On the agenda:

  • How to identify and prioritize risks,
  • How to integrate risk mapping with existing risk management systems.

The focus will be on a clear and pragmatic methodology, illustrated with concrete examples and practical case studies.
