“Flash CoDev” – Microaggression

DESCRIPTION :

After the success of the first edition, the Diversity Charter is organising a new Flash CoDev, a unique opportunity to discover this problem‑solving methodology based on collective intelligence.

This edition will focus on the theme of (micro)aggressions, those (subtle) remarks or behaviours which, often unintentionally, can exclude, stigmatise or render certain people invisible. Understanding, preventing and also taking action when they occur is essential to building truly inclusive and respectful environments.

What is a Flash CoDev?

Flash CoDev is a professional co‑development method that enables issues to be addressed collectively and in a structured way through collective intelligence. Participants share real situations, ask clarification questions and propose concrete courses of action. This approach encourages collaboration, stimulates innovation and strengthens professional skills, all within a framework that ensures a safe space for exchange.

Two registration options

  1. As an organisation presenting a challenge: Contact Gabriela Guerrero (gabriela.guerrero@imslux.lu) before 2 June to reserve your place and present your specific challenge related to (micro)aggressions. Please note that only two organisations will be able to share their challenges. Participation may be anonymous.
  2. As a participant in the solution‑finding group: Register in this webpage. The group is limited to 14 participants.

Whether you join as an organisation bringing a challenge or as a member of the reflection group, this experience will allow you to gain inspiration, share experiences and learn together.
