PROSPERITY
In a context of sustainability and rapidly evolving regulations, prosperity refers to an organisation’s ability to create lasting value by balancing economic performance, the preservation of natural resources, social equity and long-term resilience. It requires a shift towards economic models that take account of the needs of future generations and recognise the interdependencies between the different capitals (natural, human, social and financial), as advocated by the Capitals Coalition. Prosperity is therefore no longer measured solely by economic growth, but by an organisation’s capacity to contribute to regenerative and long-lasting development.
IMS supports its members in this transition, notably through five professional clubs: dedicated peer-learning forums that bring together professionals committed to addressing the key sustainability challenges faced by organisations across the network.
