Microlux

Microlux is a non-profit social enterprise whose mission is to promote the social and economic inclusion of people who do not have access to traditional bank credit. Its core activity involves supporting and financing, through microloans, entrepreneurs who wish to start or grow a business.

In July 2024, Microlux obtained accreditation from the Ministry of Labour and thus became a Social Impact Company (SIS). With its share capital consisting exclusively of impact shares, Microlux is recognised as a public utility in the same way as non-profit associations (asbls) and foundations.
